Terms of Service

1. General provisions

The administrator and service provider of the Cohorta platform is YES FOR sp. z o.o., ul. Świętokrzyska 61, 32-650 Kęty, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001181754, NIP (tax identification number) 5492485016, REGON 542135795, share capital PLN 100,000.00. Definitions: Service, User, Workspace, Content, Subscription.

2. Type and scope of services provided electronically

The Cohorta platform enables users to create and run educational products (courses, cohort programmes, mentoring, ebooks, memberships), community spaces and events, to issue certificates, and to set up automations around these features. Access is available on a free, one-off or subscription basis.

3. Conditions for concluding the agreement

Registering an account requires accepting the Terms of Service, being at least 18 years of age and providing genuine contact details. The Workspace Administrator is responsible for the participants they invite and for the configuration of their workspace.

4. Payments, prices, refunds

Payments are operated by Stripe. VAT invoices are issued through the integration with Fakturownia. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for digital content supplied in full with the consumer's express consent (Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

5. Subscriptions, renewals, termination

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is given for the unused part of a period after cancelling mid-cycle.

6. User content

Content created in a Workspace remains the property of its authors (the workspace Administrator or the participants, depending on the context). The User grants the platform the licence necessary to provide the service. Unlawful content and content that infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.

7. Moderation and violations

The workspace administrator and the platform administrator may hide, ban or remove content that violates the Terms of Service. The User has the right to appeal a moderation decision.

8. Liability

Liability for damages is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event. The platform is not liable for content created by Users or for interruptions caused by force majeure.

9. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted through the contact form or to the email address given in the administrator's details. Processing time: up to 14 working days. Consumers may pursue their claims in court and through ADR/ODR.

10. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR information notice. The workspace administrator may act as a joint controller of the data of the participants they invite.

11. Final provisions

Governing law: Polish. The language of the Terms of Service is Polish. We give appropriate advance notice of changes through the platform panel and by email. The Terms of Service enter into force on 1 June 2026.

Version of 21 August 2026. The previous version applied from 1 June 2026; the change concerns the entity operating the platform, which since August 2026 has been YES FOR sp. z o.o.
