Features
Everything you need to run an online academy
Courses, cohorts, community, events, certificates, payments and your own brand. No more stitching five tools together.
Overview
8 areas, one platform
Courses and cohort programmes
Cohorta is a platform for online courses and cohort-based programmes. You build a programme from modules and lessons: video, text, quizzes, assignments and a certificate at the end.
AI course builder
Cohorta has a built-in AI course builder. You give it a topic, an audience and a goal, and it generates an outline: modules, video lessons, quizzes and assignments. You see the outline as a preview and decide whether to save it.
Community
Cohorta treats community as a full product area, not an add-on. You get spaces (topic channels), posts with reactions, threaded comments, bookmarks and moderation. There is no algorithm: members see the spaces they follow.
Events and webinars
Cohorta handles live sessions, webinars, workshops, office hours and in-person events, plus bookable one-to-one mentoring slots. Participants register, get automatic email reminders and can add the event to their calendar.
Certificates with verification
When someone finishes a course or programme, they receive a certificate with a unique verification link. An employer or client who opens the link sees a public certificate page: name, course, date and issuer.
Payments and invoicing
Cohorta sells through Stripe checkout, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. You can charge one-off prices or subscriptions, with free trials, discount codes and bundles, in PLN, EUR or USD.
Your own brand
In Cohorta your academy carries your brand: your logo, your colours and fonts, your favicon and your own CSS. Certificates bear your logo and signature, and emails go out under your name.
Gamification
Cohorta has built-in gamification that you switch on with a single toggle for the whole workspace.
Feature pages

AI course builder
A large language model drafts the course. Nothing is saved until the author approves it.
Course outline from a topic
Give the topic, audience, goal and number of modules (1 to 12) and get a structure of modules and lessons.
A type for every lesson
Each generated lesson has a type: text, video, quiz or assignment. You get a structure ready to work on, not just a list of titles.
Preview before saving
The outline is a proposal. Modules and lessons are created only when you approve it, so nothing lands in the course by itself.
Lesson content drafts
A first version of a single lesson, to keep editing in the normal editor.
Record of the model used
The model name is stored with generated content, so it is clear what was drafted with AI.
Limits per plan
