Report 2026, in preparation

Selling knowledge online in Poland

We are working on a report about the market for selling knowledge online in Poland: what creators earn, which channels work and why the algorithm is a business risk. The report covers the Polish market only. Publication in the second half of 2026. Sign up and you will get the PDF on launch day.

What the report will cover

  1. Section 1

The market in 2026: how big it is and how it is growing

The size of the Polish market for selling knowledge online, the split between segments (on-demand courses, cohort programmes, mentoring, memberships, online events) and a growth forecast for 2026 to 2028.

Planned sources: Statistics Poland (GUS) e-commerce reports, data from the Polish Chamber of Information Technology, industry reports.

  2. Section 2

Where the money comes from and who buys

B2C (individuals buying a course or membership) versus B2B (companies buying training for their teams). Average basket, price ranges, seasonality and the buyer’s decision path.

Planned sources: Reports from payment platforms, research studies, our own data (after the pilots).

  3. Section 3

The algorithm and social platform risk

What happens when a creator builds an audience on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. Statistics on falling reach, case studies, and why “your own list” is back as a topic in 2026.

Planned sources: Platform data (public quarterly reports), public case studies, a survey of creators.

  4. Section 4

VAT invoices and the Polish B2B client

Why a Polish business client will not buy from a creator without a VAT invoice. The share of B2B in education sales and the barriers facing foreign platforms.

Planned sources: Data from the Polish Ministry of Finance, research by the Polish Economic Institute (PIE), B2B-related reports.

  5. Section 5

What sets apart creators who earn from those who do not

Correlations (not causation) between business model, channels, time in business and average annual revenue. What worked in 2024 to 2025 and what is starting to stop working in 2026.

Planned sources: Our own survey (after the pilots), public studies, interviews with creators.
