Frequently asked questions

Can a company enrol a group of employees?+

Yes, you can enrol people yourself: invite a whole list from a CSV file and give them access to the course. Buying seats for a team in a single checkout is not available yet.

What can trainers see and do?+

Trainers work on courses, lessons and events and can see participants’ progress. Administrators additionally manage settings, payments and the team. Roles are enforced on the server and in the database.

How do I show a client the results of the training?+

You have completion statistics per course and a list of issued certificates, which you can export to CSV. Each certificate has a public verification link that you can pass on to the client.

Can I use my own domain, like academy.mycompany.com?+

Not yet. Your academy runs at an address on the Cohorta domain, with your logo and colours. Custom domains are on the roadmap for the Scale plan.

Do you integrate with HR systems or support SCORM?+

Not today. There is no SCORM support or public API yet. If an integration matters to you, tell us during the demo, as it helps us decide what to build next.
