Cohorta handles live sessions, webinars, workshops, office hours and in-person events, plus bookable one-to-one mentoring slots. Participants register, get automatic email reminders and can add the event to their calendar. You mark attendance and share the recording link afterwards. Events can be open to everyone or reserved for buyers of a product.
How it works
Step 1
Create the event
Type, date, meeting link (Zoom, Meet, Teams) or venue, description and a capacity limit with a waiting list.
Step 2
Register participants
Registration page, confirmation email and a calendar file (ICS). Reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the start.
Step 3
Run it and keep the recording
Mark who attended, then add the recording link so participants who missed it can watch later.

Frequently asked questions
Is Cohorta a live video tool like Zoom?
No. Cohorta manages the event, registration, reminders and recordings. The session itself runs in Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and you paste the link into the event.
Can I charge for an event?
Yes, by linking the event to a product. Only people who bought the product can register, and the capacity limit and waiting list still apply.
Are reminders automatic?
Yes. Email reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before the event. Each participant can switch either of them off in their settings.
