Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for a small association of 15 people?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 50 members, and you do not need an IT person to set it up.
Can we collect membership fees?
Yes, as a paid membership by card through Stripe, billed monthly or yearly. Cohorta does not record payments made outside Stripe, such as bank transfers or cash.
Can we export the member list?
Yes. Administrators can download the member list as a CSV file at any time.
What if a member asks for their data to be deleted?
Contact our support team and we will delete the person’s account together with their data. Removing someone from your organisation in the admin panel also ends their access straight away.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
We are considering a dedicated non-profit plan. Get in touch for details: at the moment we agree terms individually with each organisation in the pilot.
Can members vote on resolutions online?
No. Cohorta has no voting module. If it matters to you, get in touch: we collect needs like this from organisations in the pilot.
